The following types of content are strictly prohibited on our App:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Sexual images or videos involving children.
• Sexualized content involving minors.
• Content that promotes or encourages child sexual exploitation.
• Content that encourages sexual activity with children.
• Requests for sexual images, videos, or other sexual content involving children.
• Content that promotes child trafficking or exploitation.
• Content that attempts to normalize or encourage the sexual exploitation of children.
• Links or instructions intended to help users obtain illegal child sexual abuse material.
• Any other content that violates applicable child protection laws.

Users must not use the App to engage in behavior that may harm, exploit, or endanger children.

Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:

• Grooming or attempting to groom a child for sexual purposes.
• Requesting sexual images or videos from a child.
• Sending sexual content to a child.
• Attempting to arrange sexual contact with a child.
• Using the App to facilitate child exploitation.
• Using the App to facilitate child trafficking.
• Threatening or manipulating a child for sexual purposes.
• Encouraging a child to keep inappropriate communications secret.
• Attempting to move a child to another platform for inappropriate or illegal activities.
• Pretending to be another person in order to gain a child's trust for harmful purposes.
• Any other behavior intended to sexually exploit or abuse a child.

Child grooming is behavior intended to build trust or an emotional connection with a child in order to exploit or abuse the child. Grooming can happen through messages, conversations, images, videos, or other forms of communication.

Jalsonic Networks does not allow grooming or any attempt to establish an inappropriate relationship with a child for sexual or exploitative purposes.

If we receive a report or identify behavior that may indicate grooming, we may investigate the activity and take appropriate action against the account or content involved.

We encourage users to report any content, account, message, or behavior that they believe may involve the abuse, exploitation, or endangerment of a child.

Reports may include suspected child sexual abuse material, child grooming, sexual exploitation, inappropriate contact with a child, or other behavior that creates a child safety risk.

If you believe that our App is being used to harm or exploit a child, please contact us as soon as possible.

When making a report, please provide enough information for us to understand and investigate the concern. For example, you may provide the username, account information, message, content details, or other relevant information.

Please do not intentionally send or redistribute illegal child sexual abuse material. If possible, provide information that allows us to identify the content or account without further distributing harmful material.

Our team will review child safety reports and take appropriate action based on the information available to us and applicable laws.

Reports relating to child safety are treated seriously. We may review reported accounts, content, messages, and other available information to determine whether our policies or applicable laws may have been violated.

Depending on the situation, we may remove content, restrict an account, suspend an account, permanently terminate an account, or take other appropriate action.

We may also preserve relevant information where necessary and appropriate for an investigation or legal process.

Jalsonic Networks may take action against any account that violates these Child Safety Standards.

• Remove or restrict violating content.
• Restrict certain features of an account.
• Temporarily suspend an account.
• Permanently terminate an account.
• Block an account from creating additional accounts where appropriate.
• Take additional measures to protect users and children.

We may take action without prior notice when we believe immediate action is necessary to protect children or other users.

Jalsonic Networks may cooperate with law enforcement agencies, courts, and relevant child protection authorities when required by law or when appropriate to protect children from abuse or exploitation.

Where legally required, we may provide relevant information to authorized authorities in connection with investigations involving child safety or suspected illegal activity.

We encourage users to report child safety concerns in good faith. We do not tolerate threats, harassment, or retaliation against users who make legitimate reports.

We may take action against users who intentionally submit false reports, abuse the reporting system, or use reports to harass or harm another person.

Every user has a responsibility to use the App safely and responsibly. Users must not use our services to harm, exploit, threaten, or endanger children.

If you become aware of activity that may place a child at risk, we encourage you to report it promptly through the appropriate reporting channel.

Our App may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services. These third-party services may have their own safety policies and terms.

Jalsonic Networks does not control the policies or practices of third-party services. Users should review the applicable policies of those services before using them.

If you believe a third-party service linked through our App is being used for child exploitation or another serious child safety concern, you may also report the matter directly to the relevant service provider or appropriate authorities.

Nothing in these Child Safety Standards limits our ability to take additional measures when necessary to protect children or comply with legal requirements.
